Plastroots is a social enterprise working towards the dry waste management sector to reduce the carbon footprints , landfill zones in Maharashtra.
Kapil Jangale is a social entrepreneur who founded Plastroots Waste Management & Solutions Private Limited in 2019 to create an organized system of dry waste management in the remote areas and promote a circular economy. Through our awareness campaigns, training programs and workshops, we hope to raise awareness about waste management. Plastroots aims to build a professional approach to aggregate and segregate waste in remote areas focusing on three 'R's:Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
We address the lack of professional resources dedicated to waste management in remote areas outside large cities where 75% of waste remains unsegregated and pollutes the environment by providing organized waste management systems.
